AZIENDA AGRICOLA A SAVONA - SERENA MINIERI

Buon pomeriggio a tutti carissimi lettori, oggi sono felice di potervi parlare dell'azienda agricola Serena Minieri grazie a cui ho avuto il piacere di ricevere ed assaggiare alcuni prodotti.

L'azienda agricola Serena Minieri si trova a Savona, in Liguria ed è nata grazie alla passione per la terra di Serena Minieri che nel 2018 ha deciso di far diventare il suo lavoro a tutti gli effetti quello che era sempre stato il lavoro di suo nonno e poi di sua mamma.

L'azienda offre prodotti agricoli coltivati e trasformati con amore e rispetto della natura come ad esempio confetture, marmellate, miele, sughi, tisane, conserve e passate di pomodoro.

Ecco ciò che ho avuto il piacere di ricevere:

BORLOTTI SECCHI 

Ho utilizzato i fagioli borlotti per preparare una ricetta semplice e gustosa.

Dopo aver tenuto i fagioli borlotti in acqua fredda tutta la notte, li ho scolati e poi dopo averli sciacquati li ho messi in una pentola con dell'acqua e li ho fatti cuocere per circa 2 ore e mezza.

Una volta cotti li ho scolati e li ho conditi con sale e olio.

Ho versato dell'olio in una padella per soffriggere i fagioli e poi ho aggiunto la passata di pomodoro e il tofu tagliato a dadini.

Ecco il piatto pronto per essere gustato:

CONFETTURA DI PRUGNE

Confettura di prugne preparata con la ricetta originale della nonna: prugne del loro orto e zucchero.

Una buonissima confettura che ho utilizzato per fare colazione, spalmandola su delle fette biscottate.

ORIGANO

In un graziosissimo vasetto sono contenuti 30 g di origano che ho utilizzato per preparare la pizza con la passata di pomodoro.

Dopo aver preparato l'impasto per la pizza ho messo in una padella un pò di olio per cuocere la passata di pomodoro che ho condito con un pizzico di sale.

Dopo aver preriscaldato il forno ho cotto la pizza per circa 20 minuti e poi l'ho condita con la passata di pomodoro e una spolverata di origano.

Ecco il risultato ottenuto:
